I have been pleasantly surprised with Little Cesars in Waupaca. I usually order the pan pizza (square one) the crust is nice and crusty on the edges. I always ask for extra sauce on my pizza, I wish little Cesars franchise would increase the amount of sauce on their pizza's. As I read other reviews I see that I am not alone in that thought. I also order extra cheese, we in Wi love our cheese. I have never been dissapointed, but I always make it clear to them that in the past I have asked for extra cheese and sauce and was dissapointed when I got home with my pizza. When I tell this to the person taking my order they do a great job with my pizza. You might notice I gave 4 stars vs 5. That is because of the poor personalities of the people in the restaurant. They don't seem very happy to be there. One time I stopped in and a manager from Two Rivers was filling in and she was absolutely fantastic and very personable. I don't know if cell phones are destroying our youths ability to interact with public or what is going on? When I worked in the food industry it was mandated that we interact with the employees and make them feel welcome. That does not seem to be the case. We were told to wear a different hat when you are behind the service counter and leave your issues from home at home. Maybe management or trainers can start stressing the importance of service with a smile? Inside of the restaurant is what is expected for a very fast food pizza place. It is cold in atmoshpere but it is strictly take out so who cares if there are just a few chairs in the store. Anyway, I love little Ceasars in Waupaca and I go frequently.
